1. Stewed Spare Ribs with Lingzhi and Lion's Mane Mushroom

A tonic in spring that protects the liver and stomach

4 grams of GanoHerb cell-wall broken Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, 20 grams of dried lion’s Mane mushroom, 200 grams of spare ribs and 3 slices of ginger

[Directions]

[Directions]

Wash Lingzhi slices, coix seed and glutinous rice. Put them into the pot with 2 big bowls of cold water. Cook them for half an hour with medium heat until the porridge becomes palatable. Then season and take it. Take this porridge once per day.

[Directions]
